The high alumina refractory ball is made of industrial alumina and refractory Kaolin as the main raw material by scientific formula, forming and high temperature calcination.
Characters of refractory ball:

3. High temperature performance, refractory ceramic ball maximum heat temperature can reach 1900 degrees.
Application of refractory ball:
Refractory ball is especially suitable for the high and low temperature conversion furnace, conversion furnace, hydrogenation converter, desulfurization tank and methanation furnace of chemical fertilizer plant to dispersed gas and liquid,and support, cover and protect the catalyst. Refractory ceramic balls can also be used in the hot and cold stoves and heating transformers of the steel industry.
Refractory ceramic ball include ordinary refractory ball and high alumina refractory ball. Ordinary refractory ball is mainly for converter and converter furnace of sulfuric acid and fertilizer industry , high alumina refractory ball for hot stove, heating furnace and other equipment of urea, steel and other industries.

2.Inspection and control of the process: during the production,every brick will be weighed twice strictly to reduce the error of weight .
3.Quality audit by quality management: inspection of product standardization of quality of each product by process control and experimentation, taking corrective measures timely whenever deviations are noted.
4.Before delivery, the inspectors will inspect the size,appearance, physical and chemical properties of brick again in factory.
